This system is the property of Longwood University, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Only persons authorized by Longwood University are permitted access to this system and shall use this system only for those purposes which they have been authorized.

All accesses and activities, including network traffic, application and data access, keystrokes (when approved by the President for security investigations), user commands, e-mail and internet usage and message and data content, may be logged.

Any evidence of unauthorized access, unauthorized use, misuse, or abuse of this system or the information contained in this system shall be promptly reported to appropriate University management, security personnel, and/or federal, state, and local law enforcement officials for investigation and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
